12 Restaurants in Delhi Every Guy Must Make a Reservation At This Weekend!

We all have our favourite hangout places, and restaurants are no different. I love revisiting my oh-so-familiar gastro joints where I know exactly what to order and what's good on the menu.

But once ever weekend, I do make it a point to go out with my friends and also find a new place which I can add to my "oh-so-familiar" restaurant list. These 12 challenged some slots on my comfort food list. Hope they delight yours and your friends' taste buds as well!

Happy tasting!

1. Indian Accent-New Friends Colony

It's a great modern twist to Indian food, a truly East meets West concept. Every serving feels like it is almost handpicked by the Chef for you.

#Tip: You have to reserve and go otherwise finding place is next to impossible!

Recommended Dishes: Intermingling white wines is a refreshing changeup, as is following it with a spicy sparerib with a rice-crusted John Dory in a coconut curry sauce. The Saffron chicken nihari is a must have!

2. Kinbuck 2-Connaught Place, Outer Circle

Very artistic, painted wall on one side and the Brick Wall on the other side gives the place a very Roman touch. The first thing that hits a visitor on entering here is the vast space and that effect is heightened by the high ceilings.

Recommended: K2, their signature drink is super refreshing which made with fresh chunks of  watermelon, apple lemon juice and Tabasco.

3. Rustom's-Aurobindo Marg

This place is a paradise for Parsi-food lovers! The ambience is authentically Parsi and the food too.

Recommended: For the appetizers order the Keema Pattice, Keema Na Cutlet and Kolmi Na Kebab (Prawn & Spring Onion Kebab).

4. NYC Pie-Defence Colony

Recommended: Go for the thin crust!. The crust is genuinely thin and the fact that it’s made in a proper oven comes out clearly. I liked the toppings Pepperoni , Black Forest Ham, Spanish Chorizo and Spicy Italian Sausage.

5. Dos Burros-DLF Cyber Hub

You can never get enough of great spicy Mexican food, epecially if you get the menu and ambience just right, which Dos Burros has!

Recommended: The first thing that "hits" you is that they have a separate menu for shots! Enough reason to try :). I also thoroughly enjoyed the White wine sangria with fresh red and green apples.

6. Salad Days-Cyber City, Gurgaon

Their superior ingredients and the way they balance their salads (fruit salad has candied nuts and so on) is awesome. The food is filling, neat and colorful.

Recommended: The simple Greek salad hits the spot for a light lunch!

7. Zingo Star-Greatek Kailash Part 2

You gotta love the simplicity of this place-As the Board states, it's all about Burgers, Wings & Beer!

Recommended: Finally, a place that knows its bbq chicken wings!

8. Biker's Cafe-Vasant Kunj

Think Harley Davidson & the Bullet. The owner has referenced bikes in each aspect of this tastefully themed place.

Recommended: The Arabiatta in Red Sauce (veg & non-veg are both good)

9. Summerhouse Cafe-Hauz Khas Village

Two floors, one having some insane live music on the lower level and a more Electro swing music with another DJ on the open air rooftop; Summer House is the place you go to have a good time and drinks.

Recommended: They have amazing nights like Salsa, house, stand up comedy, which is the main attraction.

10. Karim's-Jama Masjid

Hardcore non-vegetarians please step up. Authentic and with a true throwback to the days of Old Delhi, Karim will never disappoint.

Recommended: Mutton stew, sheekh Kababs, Shahjani murg and Shermal are on my list always.

11. Townhall-Khan Market

Townhall equals luxury; it has all the right elements-a super high end location, an expanisve place and superbly aesthetic lighting and probably the best terrace bar in this part of Delhi.

Recommended: Enjoy an evening of Gin or Sangria at the Terrace Bar.

#Tip: Service of food is a bit slow (maybe on purpose so you enjoy the amazing array of drinks)

12. Nathu Sweets-Bengali Market

Go with the emptiest of empty stomachs because this place won't let you go unless you have had their Chaat, their Chole Bhature and their Kulfi Falooda! (All in less than 400 Rs)

Don't Wait Too Long to Try These & Please Do Let Us Know What You Thought of The List!
