26 Then And Now Pictures of Delhi That Will Take You Back In Time

Delhi or Dilli is much more than just the capital of India. They say the area around Delhi was inhabited before second millennium BC and there is evidence of continuous inhabitation since at least the 6th century BC.  The city has been captured, ransacked and rebuilt several times during the medival period.

Even though modern day Delhi looks a completely different city, certain parts of it have managed retain past cultures.

Let's show you how delhi used to look versus the way you know it today!
